Everyone can use an extra set of hands in the kitchen, why not ask your kids? Not only is it fun to teach your kids how to prepare healthy meals, but it is beneficial for them to be hands-on in the kitchen. It’s an engaging environment to start teaching them about healthy nutritional habits and they’re more likely to eat meals that they make themselves! Not to mention, cooking will help build their confidence and provide them access to another hobby that doesn’t involve screen time. Make this a family activity by incorporating it into your schedule once a week and remember to have fun with it! Here are a few easy meals that your kids can help you prepare: https://www.tasteofhome.com/collection/easy-dinners-kids-can-help-make/ Holidays are a great time to do this as well!
